Holiday Inn Winter Haven, an IHG Hotel

When checking in, Christopher was great! Very friendly and welcoming, thoughtful and kind when he realized our daughter wasn't included in the booking. He made me feel like I had come home after a long day at work, and someone had taken care of everything for us.

Everything was great! Hotel was super clean, Room was really roomy, staff were so nice, and breakfast was delicious!!!

I loved the property so much. There is so many restaurant options which we loved. we had an outback steakhouse infront of the hotel and that was really good. I also like the breakfast! we stayed for two nights and we decided to try breakfast the last day and omg!! wish I had gone sooner, delicious breakfast, better than IHOP and cheaper.

The staff at the desk were phenomenal. They were quick and friendly getting us checked in, and happy to answer any questions we had during our stay. The cleaning staff were just as helpful and a pleasure to work with, providing extra towels as needed, and cleaning the room up while we were gone. We had a wonderful stay here, and will recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Winter Haven. The room was very clean and the beds were perfectly comfortable. We used the laundry room, which was extremely convenient, and the pool was lots of fun for the kids. The hotel provided us with coupons for the kids to eat free for each meal during our stay, along with the purchase of an adult meal, but we didn't use them.

The staff was excellentespeciallythe wonderful and inviting lady that worked at night, the bed was comfortable and clean, the room was nice and in order.
